No 2010 World Cup game was complete without family and friends and, naturally, food and lots of it.  And to give our visitors a warm South African welcome, we decided to recreate some of the participating countries’ authentic dishes.  

So versatile mushrooms travelled around the world to find those ‘big hit’ classic mushroom dishes to match the World Cup games schedule, cheer on the fans and make it really easy to entertain at home.  And as the game just continues from year to year, we’ve got some great tastes for you to savour.  For example, there’s Escargot Stuffed Mushrooms for France, Mushroom Rösti for Switzerland, Mushroom Paella for Spain and a Mushroom pizza for Italy.
